The dentists work hard to provide care for our patients, but the standard of care at University Dental Group in Worcester wouldn’t be possible without the hard work and dedication of our many team members. Our hygienists, dental assistants, front desk and administrative staff are highly knowledgeable in multiple facets of dentistry and are more than happy to take your questions, whether it’s regarding specific treatments, financing for care, or something else!
Milly Office Manager
Milly’s favorite part of her job is being able to create a positive environment for both her team and patients. She loves seeing staff feel supported and happy at work and knowing that patients leave feeling cared for and satisfied. She attended Quinsigamond Community College and went to Porter and Chester Institute, where she earned her Dental Assisting Certificate. She brings over a decade of experience to the practice.
Milly is a mom of two boys and married her high school sweetheart. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, creating new recipes for her family, going on adventures, creating new memories with her children, and traveling to different places. Milly is excellent at noticing the little things about people, and she uses that skill to help make patients’ experiences even better!
Anna Patient Coordinator
Anna enjoys interacting with patients, asking about their days, and getting to learn more about them—it’s the best part of her job!
Anna is originally from Vershire, a small town in Vermont. She enjoys spending free time with her large family, which includes her fiancé, parents, two older sisters, and two older brothers. Their favorite holiday to spend together is Thanksgiving! You can often find her trying new foods and stoking her passion for cooking as well whenever she isn’t at the office. Some fun facts about Anna are that she’s part Norwegian and loves to shop ‘til she drops!
Nazarai Patient Coordinator
Nazarai enjoys being in such a positive work environment here at University Dental Group and taking the time to get to know each patient as a person. She attended Lesley University and began her career at an oral surgery office before broadening her horizons and joining our team!
The eldest of four kids, Nazarai is from Worcester. She’s proud to come from a small army of understanding and compassionate people! Outside of the dental office, you can find her drawing, playing video games like Harry Potter Legacy, Sims, Mario Party, and Kingdom Hearts, and reading fiction. She also enjoys watching anime! A fun fact about her is that she originally went to school for animation and motion media.
Kelli Registered Dental Hygienist
Kelli enjoys being able to help others every day by educating them about the importance of oral health. She keeps them updated about improvements every time they visit and always loves celebrating their "wins" together! She attended Saint Ambrose University, where she graduated with her Bachelor's in Sociology, and received her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Quinsigamond Community College.
Away from the office, Kelli is the youngest of four siblings, a mom of one wonderful child, and a wife. She enjoys traveling, listening to music, trying new things, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Kati Registered Dental Hygienist
Kati enjoys being able to connect with patients of all ages; she goes the extra mile to make each of their dental visits a positive experience. She has her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from University of New Haven and completed an externship at a Navajo Reservation in Flagstaff, Arizona. She is also BLS-certified and local anesthesia-certified.
From Worcester, Kati lives in the area with her husband, daughter, stepson, and their golden doodle Cooper. Her family loves spending weekends together and enjoying the little moments. In her free time, she also enjoys cooking, doing Pilates and yoga, and shopping!
Gina Registered Dental Hygienist
Gina is driven by being able to directly impact her patients’ oral health and help them feel proud of their smiles. She brings over 25 years of dental experience to her role and has her certifications in radiography and local anesthesia. She also received the 2025 Golden Scaler Award and is a proud graduate of the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene and Northeastern University.
Originally from Boston, Gina grew up in a big, close-knit family with three sisters. No matter what challenges they have faced, they always stick together. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and going snowmobiling with her husband. She also likes riding English Horseback, gardening, and cooking. Something interesting about Gina is that she studied and lived abroad in Spain, France, Italy, and Japan.
Beata Dental Assistant
Beata has been working in the dental field for over 15 years. She enjoys helping patients achieve their best smiles! She attended Uniwesytet Warszawski in Poland and Tufts University, where she received her certification in dental radiology. She also has her BLS, AED, and infection control certifications.
From Douglas, Beata is happily married and has two wonderful adult children. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and watching the sunrises and sunsets. An interesting fact about Beata is that she’s tri-lingual and can speak English, Polish, and Russian.
Kimberly Dental Assistant
Kimberly’s favorite part of her career is being able to help patients feel comfortable and cared for. A smile can change someone’s confidence, and knowing that she can help create that every day makes it all worth it. She attended OJT and has several years of experience. She also has her certifications in radiology, BLS, infection control, and sterilization protocols.
A Worcester native, Kimberly’s family means the world to her. She’s the proud mom of three amazing kids who keep her life full of love, laughter, and purpose. When she isn’t in scrubs, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, going on motorcycle rides, relaxing with her toy poodle, and creating fun memories with her children. An interesting fact about Kimberly is that she switches between two languages: dental tools and motorcycle gears! She’s also bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish.
Isabell Dental Assistant
Isabell is driven by seeing her patients smile after their appointments and watching their confidence grow in real time! She attended New England Dental Academy and has her Massachusetts dental assisting license. She’s also a member of the Dental Assisting National Board and is certified in dental radiology.
From Worcester, Isabell comes from a large family and has seven siblings, five nieces, and four nephews. She enjoys traveling, making baked goods, learning how to crochet. In her free time, some of her other favorite hobbies include traveling, listening to music, and hanging out with her sisters.
Débora Dental Assistant
Débora loves being a dental assistant because she gets to help patients feel at ease and leave the office with healthier, happier smiles. She attended New England Dental Academy and is a Licensed Dental Assistant. She also has her certifications in dental radiology and infection control protocols.
Débora comes from a hardworking and supportive family that always helps each other. In her free time, she enjoys singing, watching movies, playing acoustic guitar, and spending time with her loved ones. An interesting fact about her is that she is bilingual and speaks both English and Portuguese.
